Since we deliver digital content on a non-tangible medium, pack credits are not refundable once consumption has commenced. By accepting the purchase the client warrants that performance of the supply has commenced with his consent in accordance with article 16 of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25/10/2011. DNX Network will consequently only refund individual credits and only if there is a technical issue attributable to DNX Network preventing the digital content from being usable by the client.
