If you forgot your password, you must use the "forgot password" function on the login page.
On this page you must click once to send the lost password email.
In the email you receive there will be a link to set a new password, if you click on this link you will be send to a page where you must twice fill in your new password and save.
Please note:
- If you request the lost password email several times, only the link in last send email will work, all previous send emails are expired.
- The link in the email we send is only valid for 1 hour. If you don't use this link we mailed in the next hour, the link will be expired and you will need to request a new "lost password" email.
