First of all it is important to note that you can only activate your microphone if you are in VIP chat with a model while your webcam is also activated.
If you are visiting the model in free or private chat, you cannot activate your microphone.
If while in VIP chat a model cannot hear you, please check the following:
- Make sure that the microphone you want to use is connected to your computer.
- Verify that you have allowed your webcam and microphone to be used in the browser settings for our website. Please open the site settings in your browser for our website and verify that your webcam and microphone are on allowed to be used.
If you had to update this setting, please refresh our website after you saved the changes.
- The microphone you want to use is marked as "already in use" by another program or website. This can happen if you have already used your microphone before.
It can happen that windows wrongly indicates that your microphone is still in use while this is no longer the case. The easiest solution for this problem is to restart your computer.
